| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及相关危险因素的关系。方法67例脑梗死患者与32例健康者做比较,测定血浆同型半胱氨酸水平,并分析其与年龄、性别、高血压病、糖尿病、吸烟史、饮酒史、甘油三脂、胆固醇等各指标之间的关系。结果Hcy水平:(1)脑梗死组高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)吸烟组显著高于对照组(P<0.01);(3)与年龄、性别、饮酒、高血压病、糖尿病、甘油三脂、胆固醇等各指标之间无明显相关性。结论推测高同型半胱氨酸血症可能是脑梗死的独立危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the feature of plasma Homocysteine(Hcy)level of patients with cerebral infarction and the information of the related factors.Methods Levels of plasma homocysteine were measured in 67 cerebral infarction patients and 32 normal subjectives.The relations between Hcy and age,sex,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,drinking,triglyceride,cholesterin were analyzed.Results(1)The level of Hcy in the patients with cerebral infarction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Hcy level in the patients with smoking was higher than that in non-smoking subjects(P<0.01).(3)There were no relations between Hcy and age,sex,drinking,hypertension,diabetes,triglyceride and cholesterin.Conclusions Hyperhomocysteinemia may be independent risk factor in cerebral infarction. |
