北京市3年学龄前儿童乙型肝炎疫苗接种率监测及免疫效果分析

为了评价北京市学龄前儿童乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗接种率及免疫效果，分别于1993、1996、1997年采用世界卫生组织推荐的组群抽样法，对0～5岁儿童的接种情况进行了3次调查。结果显示，我市学龄前儿童乙肝疫苗接种率已达到91.52％～99.32％，免疫后的抗体阳转率为75.85％～84.40％，该人群的HBSAg携带率降至0.5％以下．校免疫前该人群HBSAg携带率下降了90.44％．本次调查说明本市学龄前儿童的乙肝疫苗接种率已处于较高水平，其免疫效果理想．

Supervision and Analysis for Immune Effect and immunization Coverage Rate of Hepatitis B Vaccine Among Preschool Children in Beijing in Three Different Years

In order to evaluate the effect of hepatitis B vaccine in the vaccinatedpreschool children in Bejing, they were chosen for investigation in 1993, 1996 and 1997 bythe WHO recommended cluster sampling method. The hepatitis B vaccine immunizationcoverage rate of the preschool children reached 95.52% - 99.32%, the anti - HBs seropositiveconversion rate was 75.85% - 84.40%. The HBsAg carrier rate reduced to 0.5% or even lower.When it was compared with the same population before immunization, the HBsAg carrierrate reduced by 90.44%. These data showed that, in Bejing, the vaccination rate of hepatitisB vaccine was high and immune effect was satisfactory.
