改良头皮针结合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察改良头皮针结合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将60例脑梗死偏瘫患者分为2组。治疗组30例子改良头皮针结合中药补阳还五汤治疗，对照组予针刺疗法。2组共治疗4周，在治疗前后分别采用国际通用的rugl—Meyer运动功能评定量表（FMA）及改良Barthel指数评定量表（MBI）评定患者的运动功能和日常生活能力。结果2组治疗后患者FMA及MBI评分均提高（P〈0．05），且治疗组FMA及MBI评分提高更明显（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率93．3％，对照组70．0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论改良头皮针结合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死偏瘫，能进一步促进患者偏瘫功能恢复，提高疗效，缩短疗程，针药结合，临床应用效果显著。

Observation of modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on the treatment of cerebral hemiplegia

Objective To observe the effect of modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction on cerebral hemiplegia. Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups. Control group received modified scalp acupuncture. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction. The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups. Patients with activities of daily living and motor function were evaluated by Fugl - Meyer Assessment Scale Motor Function （FMA） and Modified Barthel Index Rating Scale （MBI） before and after treatment. Results FMA and MBI scores after treatment were advanced in two groups （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The increase of FMA and MBI scores in treatment group was more obvious （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%. The total effective rate in control group was 70.0%. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P 〈 O. 05）. Con- clusion Modified scalp acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can further promote functional recov- ery in patients with hemiplegia, enhance efficacy, shorten the course of treatment, and has significant clinical effect on the treatment of cerebral hemiplegia.
