中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化31例疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化的临床效果。方法:将62例乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组。两组在保肝、对症治疗等常规治疗基础上使用拉米夫定治疗,治疗组加用中药治疗。观察两组治疗前后的肝功能、肝纤维化、HBV和DNA指标及影像学检查的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后肝功能、肝纤维化、HBV和DNA指标明显好转(P0.05),且治疗组肝功能指标、Child-Pugh评分、肝纤维化指标、门静脉、脾静脉内径、脾脏厚度改变优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗乙肝肝硬化较单用拉米夫定的临床效果更为显著,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。

Treating 31 cases of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in the integrative medicine

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treating hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in the integrative medicine.Methods：62 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups＇ patients were treated with basic medicine and lamivudine,and the treatment group added TCM for treatment.To observe the changes of their liver function,hepatic-fibrosis,HBV and DNA,and imaging before and after treatment.Results：The treatment group showed obvious improvements in major indicators of liver function,hepatic-fibrosis,HBV and DNA compared with the control group （P0.05）,and the liver function indicators,Child-Pugh score,hepatic-fibrosis indicators,the diameter of portal vein and splenic vein,and the spleen thickness of the treatment group＇s changes were more significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in the integrative medicine has significant clinical effect,and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
