| 摘 要： | 以《医学衷中参西录》为依据,对张锡纯中风病学术思想渊源进行了探讨。认为秉承发挥《内经》奥旨,提倡冲气学说;集刘河间、李东垣、朱丹溪学术成就,用以辨别中风虚实内外,阐释病因病机;宗徐灵胎,治以化痰通络;法王清任,丰富发展益气活血法;重视张山雷《中风斠诠》,共同完善中风病的病机区分等五方面,为张锡纯中风病学术思想形成的主要渊源。

| Abstract: | Based on Yixue Zhongzhong Can Xi Lu, the academic thought Of Strike was discussed. Based on Nei Jing, the theory of Chongqi was spresded; in academic thought ofLIU He-jian, LI Dong-yuan and ZHU Dan-xi, the theory was focused on inner and external effects, etiology and pathogenesis of the strike. |
