运用中医闭合手法复位治疗踝部骨折的疗效与方法

目的:探讨中医闭合手法复位治疗踝部骨折的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的102例踝部骨折患者,手法复位组52例采取中医闭合手法复位、石膏固定治疗,手术复位组50例采取手术切开复位、解剖钢板内固定治疗。结果:手法复位组优良率为86.5%,手术复位组优良率为88.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医闭合手法复位治疗踝部骨折的疗效肯定,骨折愈合良好,并发症少。

Efficacy and methods of treating ankle fractures reset by TCM closed practices

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of treating ankle fractures reset by TCM closed practices.Methods：102 patients admitted in our hospital patients with ankle fractures,manual reduction of 52 patients were treated by TCM closed manipulative reduction and cast immobilization,and the treatment group of 50 patients taken to surgery,surgical reduction open reduction and anatomic plate fixation.Results：The manual reduction group good rate of 86.5%,and the excellent surgical reduction group was 88.0%,the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of treating ankle fractures reset by TCM closed practices in the affirmative,the fracture healed well,fewer complications.
