| 摘 要： | 目的:观察归脾汤加减联合星状神经节阻滞(SGB)治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法:根据诊断标准和研究设计选择符合标准病例患者36例,随机将36例病例分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组18例用归脾汤加减联合星状神经节阻滞治疗;对照组18例采用归脾汤加减治疗。结果:治疗组有效率99.44%,对照组有效率72.22%,总有效率83.33%。结论:以归脾汤为基础方辨证加减联合星状神经节阻滞治疗顽固性失眠疗效确切,副作用少。

Clinical observation on treating refractory insomnia by the Guipi decoction combined with SGB |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Guipi decoction combined with stellate ganglion block （SGB） in treating refractory insomnia. Methods： 36 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group according to the diagnostic criteria and research design, 18 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by the Guipi decoction combined with SGB, while the control group was treated with only the Guipi decoction. Results： The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 99.44% and 72.22% respectively. Conclusion： The Guipi decoction combined with SGB was effective in treating refractory insomnia, with little side effects. |
