| 摘 要： | 目的:观察新生化颗粒治疗药物流产后出血的临床疗效。方法:选取我院自2009年1月～2011年3月门诊收治的药物流产后出血患者130例,按照就诊单双日随机分为观察组(新生化颗粒治疗组)和对照组(安络血治疗组)各65例,除此外两组患者均给予常规抗感染治疗,治疗1周后比较治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗7d后临床疗效发现,观察组总有效率较对照组明显提高(P0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:应用新生化颗粒治疗药物流产后出血效果理想,值得推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of treating Bleeding after medical abortion with the Xinshenghua granule |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of the Xinshenghua granule on treating bleeding after medical abortion.Methods：130 patients with bleeding after medical abortion that selected from our hospital from January 2009 to March 2011,they were randomly divided into the observation group （Xinshenghua granule treatment group） and control group （adrenosem treatment group）,65 cases in each group,in addition,the two groups were given routine anti-infective therapy,after 1 weeks of treatment,to compare the treatment effect.Results：After 7 days treatment,to observe the effect of the two group,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly increased （P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion：The effect of Xinshenghua granule is good on treating bleeding after medical abortion,it is worthy of popularization and application. |
