穴位中药贴敷中频透热防治冠心病急性期便秘的疗效观察

目的:研究穴位中药贴敷中频透热对冠心病急性期便秘的防治效果。方法:实验组30例,用中药贴敷中频透热方法,对照组30例,采用腹部按摩方法,观察和比较两种方法对急性冠心病便秘的防治效果。结果:预防作用:实验组便秘的发生率3.33%,对照组20%。治疗作用:实验组治愈率76.67%,显效率13.33%,有效率6.67%,无效率3.33%,总有效率96.67%;对照组治愈率50.00%,显效率13.33%,有效率16.67%,无效率20.00%,总有效率80%。结论:穴位中药贴敷中频透热对冠心病急性期便秘的防治具有良好的效果,两组疗效对比有显著差异(P0.025)。

Efficacy observation on preventing constipation of the acute phase coronary heart disease in TCM

Objective： To study the effects of the TCM sticking IF diathermy in preventing constipation of the acute phase coronary heart disease. Methods： The experimental group of 30 cases, sticking with TCM IF diathermy, and the control group of 30 patients were treated with abdominal massage method; the two methods of prevention and treatment of constipation acute coronary effects were observed and compared. Results： The preventive effects： The incidence of constipation of the experimental group was 3.33%, and was 20% of the control group. Therapeutic effects： The cure rate of the experimental group was 76.67%, markedly effective rate was 13.33%, effective rate was 6.67%, and inefficiency of 3.33%, the total efficiency was 96.67%; The cure rate of the control group was 50.00%, markedly effective rate was 13.33%, effective rate was 16.67%, inefficiency 20.00%, with a total efficiency of 80%. Conclusion： TCM sticking IF diathermy had a good effect in preventing constipation of the acute phase coronary heart disease, two groups＇ comparison had significant differences （P〈0.025）.
