附子理中汤加减治疗黑苔35例

目的:研究附子理中汤在治疗黑苔中的临床效果。方法:将临床35例病人进行辨证,为脾胃虚寒证候的采用附子理中汤加减治疗2周,观察其舌苔颜色变化情况,治疗2周如无变化,则判定为无效,采取其他方法治疗。结果:经2周治疗后,35例患者黑苔消失的为27例,明显减轻的6例,2例无变化。结论:附子理中汤对脾胃虚寒证型的黑苔治疗效果显著。

Treating 35 cases of black fur with the the Fuzi Lizhong decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the Fuzi Lizhong decoction in treating black fur. Methods： 35 cases were treated according to the symptoms and signs. The insufficiency of spleen-yang type was treated with modified the Fuzi Lizhong decoction for 2 weeks. The color of the coated tongue was observed and if no variation was detected it was ineffective, thus other treatments should be given. Results： After 2 weeks treatment, among 35 cases, the black fur disappeared in 27 cases, apparently alleviated in 6 cases and no variation was detected in 2 cases. Conclusion： The Fuzi Lizhong decoction had significant effect in treating black fur of insufficiency of spleen-yang type.
