桑白皮汤治疗干眼症的临床观察

目的:观察比较单用西药与西药合中药桑白皮汤治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法:将180例患者随机分成两组,对照组采用西药治疗;治疗组采用西药常规治疗加口服桑白皮汤。结果:对照组的治愈率12.2%,总有效率59.4%;治疗组的治愈率55%,总有效率96.1%。两组病例比较,治愈率和总有效率的差异均有显著性意义(P0.01)。结论:中西药结合治疗干眼症疗效确切,有优势。

Clinical observation on treating dry eye with the Sangbaipi decoction

Objective：To observe and compare clinical curative effect of TCM and modern medicine combined with the Sangbaipi decoction on treating dry eye syndrome.Methods：180 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group adopted modern medicine;The treatment group treated by routine therapy plus oral the Sangbaipi decoction.Results：The cure rate of control group was 12.2%,the total efficiency was 59.4%;The cure rate of treatment group was 55%,the total efficiency was 96.1%.Comparing the two group,the cure rate and the total efficiency had significant differences （P0.01）.Conclusion：Integrative medicine on treating dry eye has curative effect and advantages.
