中西医结合治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症的临床疗效研究

目的:观察中西医结合对输卵管堵塞性不孕症的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供一定依据。方法:将在我院接受治疗的58例输卵管堵塞性不孕症患者随机分为对照组和联合治疗组,每组29例。对照组患者采用常规西药并进行输卵管通液术治疗,联合治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上,加用中药汤剂治疗,治疗结束后对比并评价两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果:联合治疗组患者显效、有效、无效及恶化的患者比例依次为32%、56%、8%、4%,总有效率为88%。与对照组患者的25%、48%、16%、11%,总有效率73%相比较具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:中西医联合对输卵管堵塞性不孕症具有显著的临床疗效,其效果优于单纯的西医治疗,此法值得在临床进一步推广。

Clinical efficacy studies on treating tubal blockage infertility in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating tubal blockage infertility,and provide some basis for clinical treatment.Methods：58 cases of tubal blockage infertility patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the combined treatment group,29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional modern medicine and the tubal surgery,the treatment of combination therapy group on the basis of the control group,plus treatment with TCM decoction,after the end of treatment,compared and evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results：In the combined treatment group,markedly effective,effective,and ineffective and deterioration in the proportion of patients followed by 32%,56%,8%,4%,with a total efficiency of 88%.The control group were 25%,48%,16%,11%,and the total efficiency was 73%,the two groups have significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine in treating tubal blockage infertility was significant and better than modern medicine alone,this method was worthy of further promotion in clinical.
