中西医结合治疗慢性硬膜下血肿

目的:提高慢性硬膜下血肿的治愈率。方法:对11例经钻孔冲洗引流配合中药治疗的资料进行临床分析,并复习相关文献。结果:本组病例均一次性治愈。结论:血肿内凝血机制障碍,包膜血管渗血是慢性硬膜下血肿形成的主要原因,因此,恢复硬膜下腔的凝血机制是慢性硬膜下血肿治疗的重点,中药即可改善血肿外膜的微循环,减少血细胞渗出,促进血肿吸收,又可防止术后并发症的发生,是保守治疗的重要手段,手术治疗是主要手段,术后提高颅内压是防止其复发的重要方法。

Treating CSDH in the integrative medicine

Objective：To improve the cure rate of CSDH.Methods：To analyze the data of 11 patients that treated in the integrative medicine,and review the literature.Results：All the cases curde A one-time.Conclusion：Hematoma clotting mechanism and coated vascular bleeding were the main reason for the formation of CSDH,recovery of subdural clotting mechanisms is the focus of the treating CSDH,TCM not only can improve the microcirculation of the hematoma adventitia,reduce the oozing of blood cells,promote the absorption of hematoma,but also can prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,is the main method of conservative treatment,the surgery is the main treatment method,the postoperative raise intracranial pressure is an important method to prevent its recurrence.
