中医治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床效果观察

目的：探讨中医治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法：将2009年1月-2010年10入我院治疗的慢性咽炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组采用中医方法治疗，对照组采用西医方法治疗，疗程结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效和咽部体征情况。结果：疗程结束后，治疗组的总有效率为94．43％，显著高于对照组总有效率77．61％，p〈0．05，其中治疗组的治愈率、显效率显著高于对照组，无效率显著低于对照组，p〈0．05，有效率无显著性差异，p〉0．05；治疗组的咽部体征咽干少津、淋巴滤泡增生、咽部粘膜充血、言多咽痛较对照组均明显改善，p〈0．05，干咳症状两组治疗后没有显著性差异，p〉0．05。结论：采用中医方法治疗慢性咽喉，临床疗效优于西医方法。

The observation of the clinical effect for Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods： The patients into the hospital for treatment of chronic pharyngitis from January 2009 to 2010 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was taken with Chinese medicine for treatment and the control group was taken with Western methods for treatment. The clinical efficacy and pharyngeal signs after the treatment for the two groups of patients were compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.43%, it was significantly higher than the total efficiency of the control group of 77.61%, p 〈0.05. The cure rate and markedly effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. The Inefficiency was lower than the control group, p 〈0.05. There was no significant differenee for efficieneies, p〉 0.05. The throat signs of throat less Tianjin, hyperplasia of lymphoid follicles, pharyngeal mucosal congestion sore throat in the treatment group were signifieandy improved than the control group, p 〈0.05.The dry cough symptoms after treatment in both groups without significant difference, p〉 0.05. Conclusions： The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is superior to the Western methods.
