| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用中药内服、外敷、灌肠对治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择100例慢性盆腔炎患者,将其随其分为实验组与对照组,每组50例,给予实验组中药内服、外敷、灌肠治疗;给予对照组西药抗炎治疗。结果:实验组有31例痊愈,8例显效,8例有效;对照组有8例痊愈,12例显效,16例有效,两组之间有显著性差异(P0.05),有统计学意义。结论:采用中药内服、外敷、灌肠是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效手段,值得临床科室借鉴应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the clinical effect on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in TCM.Methods：100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group,experimental group were given TCM treatment;control group were treated with modern medicine anti-inflammatory treatment.Results：In experimental group,31 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective;In control group,8 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective,16 cases were effective,there is a significant difference （P0.05） between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion：TCM is an effective means on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,worthy of clinical application. |
