健脾祛瘀固冲法治疗围绝经期崩漏疗效观察

目的:探讨健脾祛瘀固冲法治疗围绝经期崩漏的疗效。方法:将90例围绝经期崩漏的患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组采用健脾祛瘀固冲法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血红蛋白的变化和疗效。结果:治疗组的显效率为55.6%显著高于对照组33.3%(P0.05)。且治疗组的血红蛋白的升高效果显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:健脾祛瘀固冲法治疗围绝经期崩漏疗效满意,能够迅速改善月经过多和继发性贫血症状,且副作用较小,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in the peri-menopausal period by the Jianpi Quyu Guchong method

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of the Jianpi Quyu Guchong method in treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in the peri-menopausal period. Methods： 90 cases were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment, while the treatment group was treated by the Jianpi Quyu Guchong method. The variation of hemoglobin before and aiter treatment and the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 55.6%, significantly higher than that of the control group, 33.3% （P〈0.05）. And the increase of hemoglobin in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Jianpi Quyu Guchong method had a significant effect in treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in the peri-menopausal period. It improved the symptoms of menorrhagia and secondary anemia, with little side effect. It was worth clinical application.
