| 摘 要： | 目的:观察桂芍知母汤联合新型免疫抑制剂来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采取随机方法分治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用桂芍知母汤联合来氟米特治疗;对照组30例采用来氟米特配合传统免疫抑制剂治疗;两组常规应用非甾类消炎药。结果:治疗组近期控制率明显优于对照组(P0.05),总有效率两组比较无显著差异(P0.05)。结论:桂芍知母汤联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎有较好的临床疗效,且毒副作用小,耐受性好,近期控制率明显优于对照组。

Clinical observation on treating the acute period rheumatoid arthritis with the Guishao Zhimu decoction plus leflunomide |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observes the clinical curative effect of the Guishao Zhimu decoction plus leflunomide on treating the acute period rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 examples in the treatment group were given the Guishao Zhimu decoction plus leflunomind;30 examples in the control group were treated with leflunomind plus the traditional immunity inhibitor treatment;Two groups applied the non-steroid class anti-inflammatory medicine.Results：Compared with the control group,control rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the recent control,The total efficiency of the two groups was not remarkable difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：Gui Guishao Zhimu decoction plus leflunomind have good clinical curative effect to treat acute rheumatoid arthritis （RA）,also the poisonous side effect is small,the tolerance is good,the control rate of treatment group was significantly better. |
