| 摘 要： | 目的：比较两种静脉血栓患肢浅静脉置入留置针的成功率。方法：采用随机采样随机分组的方法将100例下肢静脉血栓病人分为实验组（48例）对照组（52例），分别采用改良方法和传统方法进行患肢浅静脉置管。通过x2检验，比较两组的置管成功率。结果：差异有统计学意义（x2=11．375，P〈0．01）。结论：改良的浅静脉置管方法在静脉血栓患肢浅静脉注射中优于传统方法，值得推广。

| Abstract: | AIM： To compare the two methods of superficial venous implanted needle for venous thrombosisMETHODS： Through the randomized method, 100 cases of vein thrombosis patients were divided into test group （48 cases） and control group （52 cases）, than were implanted superficial venous tube in their sick limb respectivdy by improved methods or the traditional methods. And compare their success rate by X2-test.RESULTS： the difference of one-time success rate between the two groups was statistically significant （X2 = 11.375, P 〈0,01）. CONCLUSION： Improved method of of superficial venous implanted needle for venous thrombosis in the intravenous injection is better than traditional method, therefore it is worth promoting. |
