仰卧旋转扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的临床观察

目的:观察仰卧旋转手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:腰椎间盘突出症患者53例,男25例,女28例;年龄30～65岁,病程1周～10年。全部患者均经CT或MRI明确诊断,采用仰卧旋转扳法治疗,隔日1次,每周3次,2周为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:患者均获得随访,时间3～8周。治疗1个疗程后,患者的症状与体征各方面较治疗前都有较大的改善,治愈33例(62.26%),好转15例(28.30%),总有效率为90.57%。结论:仰卧旋转手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,但近期疗效比远期疗效好。

Clinical observation of treating lumbar disc herniation by supine rotating manipulation

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating lumbar disc herniation by supine rotating manipulation.Methods：53 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were confirmed by CT or MRI to confirm the diagnosis,25 males and 28 females;aged 30 to 65 years of age,duration of 1 week to 10 years.With supine rotatory treatment every other day,three times a week,two weeks for a course of treatment,after the end of a course of treatment efficacy.Results：The patients were followed up for 3 to 8 weeks.After a course of treatment,the patient＇s symptoms and signs than before treatment has greatly improved,33 cases （62.26%） were cured,improved in 15 cases （28.30%）,with a total effective rate of 90.57%.Conclusion：Treating lumbar disc herniation by supine rotating manipulation has significant effect,while the short-term effect is better than the long-term effect.
