| 摘 要： | 目的：了解肺癌组织中人类疱疹病毒７型（ＨＨＶ－７）的感染情况。方法：利用巢式ＰＣＲ分析５０例肺癌和２６例癌旁正常组织石腊切片中的ＨＨＶ－７和ＤＮＡ。结果：巢式ＰＣＲ检出１例肺腺癌及其癌旁组织和１例肺鳞癌组织的ＨＨＶ－７的ＤＮＡ阳性带。结论：某些类型的肺癌组织石腊切片中存在ＨＨＶ－７的ＤＮＡ，阳性率为４％。

| Abstract: | Objective The infection of herpesvirus 7 (HHV-7) in tissue specimens from non-small-cell lung cancer was analyzed.Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect HHV-7 from 50 cases of embedded lung cancer specimens.Results There were 1 case with adenocarcinoma and its paracarcinoma tissue and 1 case with squamous carcinoma were positive bands for HHV-7 by PCR.Conclusion There are HHV-7 DNA in paraffin embedded tissues of some types of NSCLC. The positive rate of HHV-7 in NSCLC was 4%. |
