牙周炎动物模型的心脏病理观察

摘    要:目的 研究牙周组织疾病与缺血性心脏病的相关关系。方法 将鼠龄12周的80只昆明种小白鼠随机分为3个牙周炎动物模型组和1个对照组,每组20只,雌雄各半。对照组A0给正常饲料。实验A1、B1、B2组均给予高蔗糖饲料,其中B1组下切牙缺损,B2组丝线结扎刺激牙周。各组分批于10、11、12、14周处死送病理。结果A0组牙周及心脏无异常,仅4只有增龄性心肌局灶性脂肪变性。A1、B1、B2组均有牙周病损和心肌有局灶性脂肪变性,心肌间质内心外膜、心内膜炎细胞浸润.外膜下细胞间小血管微血栓形成伴有冠状动脉血栓形成。二组经Fisher’s确切概率法统计检验,P<0.01。各组差异有显著意义。结论提示牙周炎等口腔感染性疾病是缺血性心脏病发生的独立危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To study interdependence of periodontal disease and ischemic heart disease. Methods 80 mice of Kunming species .about 12 weeks old, were randomly divided into 4 groups: A0 contrast group and A1,B1,B2 test groups of periodontal animal pattern (20 in each group, half male and half female). A0 group ate common forage while test groups ate Keye's No 2000 forage. In BI group,one below incisor were taken off. In B2 group .cervical line of below incisors were stitched with silk in order to cause periodontitis. All the mouse were killed at 10,11,12,14 week. Heart tissue and incisors were taken out for pathological postmorten. Results In An group .there were no abnormal change in periodontal tissue and heart,only 4 mouse had localized myocardium cardiolipin. While in A1.B1, B2 group,all the mouse had periodontal injury and myocardium cardiolipin. Also endocarditis and epimyocarditis had been formed. Epicardium's ting blood vessel and coronary thrombosis could be also found. All the data were analysed by Fisher's Exact Test. P<0. 01 show significant differences among the groups. Conclusion Periodontitis and other oral inflammation disease are independent and dangerous factors of ischemic heart disease.
