| Abstract: | Platelet antibodies on patients with ITP,platelet suspension transfusion and non - ITP thrombocytopeniawere measured by using monoclonal antibody-specific immobilization of platelet antigen (MAIPA). anticardialipid anti-bodies (ACA) and lupus anticoagulant (LA)measurement and competing-ELISA. The specific of MAIPA was greatlyheder than competing-ELISA on patients with ITP (P<0. 05). in 6 patients with single producing platelet suspensiontrans fusion,we found their PAIgG were much higher within 2~3 weeks after transfusion. The positive rate of ACA onITP group was 23%,the positive rate of LA on ITP group and leukemia group were 9% and 20% respectively. Finally,we evaluated the comparison with two methods and discussed the clinical application of platelet antibody's measurement. |
