| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胰腺炎患者经螺旋型鼻肠管行肠内营养的护理方法。方法:将22例胰腺炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组各11例,对照组采用保守治疗 静脉营养支持治疗,实验组采用保守治疗后给予置入螺旋型鼻肠管,行肠内营养(EN)治疗,并进行针对性护理,严密观察病情变化及营养状况。结果:实验组血浆白蛋白、血红蛋白、体重变化情况和住院天数与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用螺旋型鼻肠管实施肠内营养治疗胰腺炎优点突出,治疗效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore approaches of nursing care in the treatment of pancreatitis by enteral nutritional support with spiral nasoenteral tube.Methods: Twenty two patients were randomly divided into experiment group(n=11) and control group(n=11).Conservative treatment plus intravenous nutritional support were taken in control group and EN was additionally given by spiral nasoenteral tube after conservative treatment in experiment group,proper nursing care was applied to observe patient's condition and nutritional state.Results: The significant differences were found in the comparison of Albumin,hemoglobin and body weight and days of hospitalization between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: There are lots of advantages by applying EN with spiral nasoenteral tube to the patients with pancreatitis and satisfactory effective outcome can be obtained.The methods can be widely used in clinical practice. |
