护肝解毒冲剂的抗肝损伤作用研究

摘    要:目的观察护肝解毒冲剂的抗肝损伤作用。方法用D-半乳糖胺(D-GaLN)复制急性肝损伤模型;采用四氯化碳(CC l4)诱导慢性肝损伤模型。实验结束时分别取血测ALT,AST活性和总蛋白(TP),白蛋白(ALB),白/球比例(A/G),透明质酸(HA),同时均取肝组织做病理检查。结果急性肝损伤时,护肝解毒冲剂能降低ALT,AST活性及减轻肝细胞坏死及炎细胞浸润;慢性肝损伤时,其能降低ALT,AST和HA,升高TP,ALB和A/G,并减轻肝细胞变性,减少纤维组织增生。结论护肝解毒冲剂对大鼠D-GaLN所致急性肝损伤和CC l4所致慢性肝损伤均具有保护作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Huganjiedu Granule on protecting liver and debasing transaminase.MethodsAcute liver injury model was induced by D-aminogalaclose(D-GaLN).Chronic liver injury model was made by carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4).At the end of the experimen the levels of ALT,AST and TP,ALB,A/G,HA were determined.At the same time liver organ was taken to observe the histopathological changes.ResultsWhen livers were acutely injured,Huganjiedu Granule could decrease the levels of ALT and AST and lighten liver cell denaturalizating and inflammation cell infiltrating.When livers were chronically injured,Huganjiedu granule could decrease the levels of ALT,AST and HA,increase the levels of TP,ALB and A/G,and reduce denaturing liver cell and liver fibrosis.ConclusionHuganjiedu granule has effect of protecting liver against both acute liver injury induced by D-GaLN and chronic liver injury induced by CCl_4.
