鼻咽癌患者及患病风险者红细胞免疫调节因子活性与T细胞亚群的关系

摘    要:目的探讨鼻咽癌患者及其患病风险者体内红细胞免疫调节功能与T细胞亚群的相互关系。方法检测了鼻咽癌患者和不同滴度IgA/VCA者的红细胞免疫调节促进因子及抑制因子活性、T细胞亚群的变化并分析其相互关系。结果鼻咽癌患者红细胞免疫促进因子的活性降低、抑制因子活性升高,T细胞亚群失衡;鼻咽癌患病风险者(高滴度IgA/VCA者)的红细胞免疫调节因子活性及T细胞亚群与鼻咽癌患者的变化相似,只是程度不同;低滴度IgA/VCA者的T细胞亚群、红细胞免疫促进因子活性未发生显著变化,但红细胞免疫抑制因子活性升高;红细胞免疫调节因子活性的改变与T细胞亚群的变化相关。结论红细胞免疫调节功能和/或T细胞免疫功能的改变及其相互作用在NPC发病机制中具有一定的作用。

Abstract:Objecive To explore the correlation between red cell immune modulating function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their risky individuals. Methods Rosette forming enhanced rate of RBC C3b receptor (RFER), rosette forming inhibitory rate of RBC C3b receptor (RFIR),T cell subsets, and their correlation were observed. Results RFER, CD, rm, CD4/CD8 of NPC group were obviously lower but RFIR, CD8 were obviously higher than those of other groups. The changes in red cell inunne medulating factor and T lymphocyte subsets in NPC risky individuals with high titer of IgA/VCA were similar to those of NPC patients; and in individuals with lower titer of IgA/VCA, the T lymphocyte subsets and REFR didn' t show significant changes but RFIR increased. Changes in the activity of red cell immune modulating factor were related with changes of T lymphocyte subsets. Conclusion Changes in red cell immune medulating function and changes in immune function of T lymphocyte subsets and their correlation play a certain part in the pathogenesis of NPC induced by Epstein - Barr viruses.
