| 摘 要： | 选择因诊治失误导致严重并发症的四例感染性心内膜炎进行分析,提出改善此病预后的三个方面:提高对感染性心内膜炎的识别能力;坚持早期、足量、长程使用抗生素的治疗原则;对有适应症者及时手术治疗。

| Abstract: | 4 cases of infectious endocarditis with serious complications caused by incorrect diagnosis and treatment were analized. For the purpose of improving the prognosis of in-fectious endocarditis the following should be accomplished: To improve the ability of recognizing the diseaae, to insist on the therapeutic guideline of early, sufficient and longduration usage of antibiotics, and to operate on patients with indicatious without delay. |
