黄芩浓缩颗粒剂提取工艺优选

摘    要:目的:优选黄芩浓缩颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以干浸膏得率、黄芩苷含量为指标,应用L9(3^4)正交试验设计筛选黄芩浓缩颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取条件为加水提取2次,第1次加水13倍,沸后提取时间为1h;第2次加水11倍,沸后提取时间为1h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Huangqin extracts. Method: The optimum extraction condition were investigated by the orthogonal design and inyields of extracts and baicalin as the content indexes. Results: The optimum extraction condition obtained: decocting the drug 2 times: At first turn, adding 13 folds of water extracting for 1 h after boiled; At the second turn, adding 11 folds of water extracting for 1 h after boiled. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
