| 摘 要： | 目的：优选黄芩浓缩颗粒的提取工艺。方法：以干浸膏得率、黄芩苷含量为指标，应用Ｌ９（３＾４）正交试验设计筛选黄芩浓缩颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件。结果：最佳提取条件为加水提取２次，第１次加水１３倍，沸后提取时间为１ｈ；第２次加水１１倍，沸后提取时间为１ｈ。结论：优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Huangqin extracts. Method: The optimum extraction condition were investigated by the orthogonal design and inyields of extracts and baicalin as the content indexes. Results: The optimum extraction condition obtained: decocting the drug 2 times: At first turn, adding 13 folds of water extracting for 1 h after boiled; At the second turn, adding 11 folds of water extracting for 1 h after boiled. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and highly efficient. |
