复荣通脉胶囊联合贝前列素钠片治疗糖尿病性周围血管病变临床研究

目的]观察复荣通脉胶囊联合西药贝前列素钠片治疗糖尿病性周围血管病变的疗效。方法]将100例糖尿病性周围血管病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,各50例。治疗组于复荣通脉胶囊+贝前列素钠片,对照组单用贝前列素钠片,观察两组治疗后的间歇性跛行、静息痛、足部冷凉感、踝肱指数(ABI)的变化。结果]两组患者的症状均得到有效改善,治疗组疗效更佳(P0.05);两组患者ABI较治疗前明显提高(P0.01),治疗组较对照组改善更为显著(P0.01);两组患者血脂、纤维蛋白原均较前改善(P0.01),治疗组下降更为显著(P0.05或P0.01)。结论]复荣通脉胶囊联合贝前列素钠片治疗糖尿病性周围血管病变疗效确切,值得进一步推广。

Clinical study on the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease by Furong Tongmai capsule combined with Beraprost Sodium tablet

Objective] To observe the curative effect of Furong Tongmai capsules combined Beraprost Sodium tablets in treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods] The 100 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. Treatment group used Furong Tongmai capsules and the control group used Beraprost Sodium tablets. The indexes of the two groups were observed after treatment of intermittent claudication, rest pain, cold feeling, foot and ankle brachial (ABI) changes.Results] The two groups of patients with symptoms were improved, the treatment group had better curative effect (P<0.05); the two groups ABI significantly increased (P<0.01), the treatment group improved more significantly (P<0.01); two groups of blood lipid and fibrinogen were improved (P<0.01), the treatment group decreased more significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion] Furong Tongmai capsules combined with Beraprost Sodium tablets curative effect in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular disease is effective, worthy of further promotion.
