753基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达

目的观察鼻咽癌组织中P53基因表达情况及其与主要临床指标间的关系。方法免疫组化检测54例鼻咽癌组织，13例鼻咽部慢性炎性组织中P53蛋白的表达情况。结果鼻咽癌组织中P53蛋白的阳性表达率为75．9％，明显高于慢性鼻咽炎组织的7．7％。不同性别P53表达无显著差别。但鼻咽癌伴颈部淋巴结转移组P53表达阳性率（90．0％）明显高于无颈部淋巴结转移组（58．3％）。结论鼻咽癌组织中存在P53蛋白异常表达，P53阳性的鼻咽癌患者较易发生颈部淋巴结转移。

The Expression of P53 Gene in Nasopharyngeal Carinoma

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of P53 clinical characteristics technique was used to of the patients with nasop test the expression of P53 haryngeal carcinoma （ NPC ）. Methods protein and the main Immuuohistochemistry protein in 54 cases of NPC specimens and 13 cases of chronic inflammation of nasopharoyngeal epithelium （CINE） specimens. Results The positive expression rate of P53 protein in NPC specimens was 75.9%, which was obviously higler than that in CINE （7.7%） （P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of P53 protein was significantly related to metasfases of cervical lymph node in NPC （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression of P53protein is high in NPC ,which was associated with increasion of tumor dissemination and metasfases.
