| 摘 要： | 目的 为加深对胶质母细胞瘤的认识，提高其诊断和治疗效果。方法 回顾性总结分析68例胶质母细胞瘤的生物学特性、临床表现、诊断方式、治疗方案及疗效。结果 57例手术全切，11例次全切除；术后常规全脑放疗，局部化疗20例，全身化疗30例。平均复发时间25．56周，平均生存时间12．93月。结论 CT和MRI图像上GBM有特征性改变。以手术为主的综合治疗仍然为目前治疗GBM的原则。

| Abstract: | Objectives To deepen the recgonization of glioblastoma and to improve its diagnosis and treatment. Method The clinical data of 68 patients with glioblastomas were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 68 patients with glioblastoma, 53 received total resection of the tumors and 15 subtotal. The total brain radiotherapy in all the patients, local chemotherapy in 20 and systemic chemotherapy in 30 were performed after the operation. The follow up showed that the glioblastoma reoccurred averagely 25.56 weeks after the operation and the patients survived for 12.93 months. Conclusions There are the characteristic changes in the glioblastoma on CT scan and MRI. The glioblasloma should be comprehensively treated by the operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy at the present time. |
