摘    要:灵芝多糖可引起体外培养的小鼠脾细胞核DNA,RNA含量显著增加,细胞内超微结构改变,细胞质和细胞核的平均截面积明显增加,核质比呈下降趋势,提示灵芝多糖诱导脾细胞DNA和蛋白质合成的同时,促进细胞增殖。

Abstract:The changcs of nuclear DNA,RNAcontents and ratio of nucleus to cytoplasm of murine spleen cells mediated by Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides(GLP)were studied using acytofluorophotometer and electron microscope.It wasfound that GLP 50-200 mg·L-1 not only increasedthe contents of nuclear DNA and RNA but also re-markably changed the cell ultrastructure and meancross section areas of nucleus and cytoplasm and re-duced the ratio of nucleus to cytoplasm.These resultsindicated that GLP could increase the synthesis of nu-clear acid and protein and promote cell proliferation inmurine splenocvtes.
