摘 要: | 作者报导了应用放射免疫法对体外循环组和胸内大手术组40例病人进行血浆肾素,血管紧张素Ⅱ和尿缓激肽测定。体外循环(CPB)组于 CPB 后肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平进行性升高,而尿中缓激肽显著降低。这种变化以术后4小时最明显,24小时后逐渐恢复正常,血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ和尿缓激肽相关函数分析表明为负相关(r=-0.8079)。提示血管紧张素Ⅱ,可抑制缓激肽的作用,作者认为肾素—血管紧张素系统和激肽释放酶—激肽系统的变化在 CPB 术中对外周血管收缩及高血压起着重要的作用。

Observation of the change in renin-angiotensin system and kallikreinkinin system during cardiopulmonary bypass, |

Abstract: | Plasma renin,angiotensin II and urine bradykinin were measured by radioimmunoassay in 40 patients underwent open-heart operation under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB group)and some other kinds of intra-tho- racic surgery(control group).In the CPB group,the levels of plasma renin angiotensin rose progressively and the levels of urine bradykinin fell markedly after CPB.The change reached the highest levels at 4 hours after operation.However,they returned gradually to normal at 24 hours postoperatively.Correlation analyses of angiotensin II and bra- dykinin showed that the Correlation function was decreased(r=-0.8079). These results indicate that the angiotensin can inhibit the effect of va- sodilatation of bradykinin. The authors concluded that the change in both of renin-angiotensin system and kallikrein-kinin system play an important role in peripheral vasoconstriction and hypertension during CPB. |
