| 摘 要： | 社会认同及自我认同因素具有可变性,男性的社会角色决定了其对自我认同及社会认同的依赖性,表现在男性较女性在体力、脑力及心身压力等方面付出更多,而这样却对机体造成多方面损害,尤其表现在对肝的损害。优化社会及自我认同是使男子肝气畅达、气血和调的关键。

| Abstract: | The factors of social and self identity have the character of variability. Men's social character determines their dependence on the social and self identity, which manifests that men have much more physical and mental devotion and physical and mental tension than women. That has variety of harm to the organism, esp to the liver. To optimize social and self identity is the key to make men's liver-qi smooth, and regulate the blood-pressure. |
