| 摘 要： | 以疾病症状体征为治疗靶向,在保证疗效的前提下,尽可能减轻不良反应,不以损伤正常组织的生理功能为代价而达到治疗目的是中医学方证对应理论特点.在很大程度上,中西药物不良反应的发生与方证不对应相关.借鉴方证对应理念,对西药进行宏观层次适应症的筛选,即适用于"病的人",可能有利于减轻不良反应的发生.
