“督导评估培训”项目三级效果评估

摘    要:目的评估“督导评估培训“3种不同培训方式的远期效果,探索适合中国的培训模式与方法。方法采用自填式问卷调查,个人深入访谈及查阅督导评估档案资料3种方式对培训效果进行评估。结果培训前参加面对面培训、卫星培训、互联网培训的人数分别为75名、210名和387名,半年后三级评估调查参加面对面培训、卫星培训、互联网培训的人数分别为26名、23名和22名;3种培训学员的督导评估工作能力半年后与培训前无显著性差异(P〉0.05);3类培训在短期内显著提高项目人员的督导评估工作能力,但是培训的远期效果离预期的目标还有一定的距离。结论远程教育是有效的培训方式,应当在卫生系统推广卫星培训与网络培训等远程教育方式,但推广应用面临许多挑战。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the long-term effects of three different training manners including satellite,internet and face to face,and to explore suitable training pattern and manners in China.Methods Self-filled questionnaires,individual in-depth interviews,and literature review on monitoring and evaluation were used to collect needed information for evaluation.Results The numbers of trainees participating in face to face,satellite and internet training were 75,210 and 387 respectively.The numbers of surveyed trainees in three different sections were 26,23,and 22 respectively.There was no significant difference in trainees' capacity on monitoring and evaluation examined before and six months after training in each training manner(P>0.05).All the hile three different trainings could improve people's abilities in short time,but the long-term effects could not match expectant goals.Conclusion Long distance training was an effective training manner.It should be disseminated in medical system,though it was facing many challenges in extension and application.
