| 摘 要： | 本组收集了２２例螺旋扫描的颌骨病变进行三维重建，评估其在临床中的应用价值，我们认为：使用螺旋扫描所建的三维图像主要优点是：不仅仅能清楚地显示整体的颌骨病变及其周围的关系，且扫描速度快，薄层重建等。其主要缺点为降低了密度分辨率，对软组织显示差，三维ＣＴ对颌骨组织疾病的诊断和治疗均有积极的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The three-dimensional reconstruction CT of 22 cases with the jaw bone diseases and injuries by spiral scan had been collected.As a result,the main advantage of this methed is not only showing clearly solid figure of jaw bone diseases and assess spatial relationships but also high accuracy and less time.The main disadvantage of this method is of decreasing density resolution and little no avail in thesoft tissue.We conclude that 3-DCT is a useful technique for the diagnosis and surgical planning of jaw bone di-seases. |
