颈椎骨折脱位的围手术期护理

目的探讨颈椎骨折脱位围手术期的护理措施。方法对我科2003年1月～2008年12月收治的62例颈椎骨折脱位患者行科学的、系统的围手术期护理及功能锻炼指导。结果本组62例无一例发生坠积性肺炎、褥疮及泌尿感染等并发症,伤口I期愈合,未见颈椎内固定及植骨块移动,神经功能均较术前好转,日常生活可逐渐自理。结论科学、系统、全面的护理是减少并发症、确保手术成功与促进患者功能重建的重要保证。

Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Cervical Spine Fracture Dislocation

Objective To explore in patients with cervical spine fracture and dislocation of perioperative nursing. Methods 62 cases of patients with cervical spine fracture and dislocation of the scientific and systematic perioperative care and guidance of functional exercise in January 2003～December 2008 in my department. Results 62 cases of this group without dropping a case of pneumonia, pressure ulcers and complications such as urinary tract infections, wound healing I no cervical internal fixation and bone graft block mobile, preoperative neurological function were better be able to take care of themselves everyday life. Conclusions Scientific,systematic and comprehensive care is to reduce the complications and to ensure that the operation is successful and the promotion of functional reconstruction in patients with an important guarantee.
