老年呼吸道感染的病原菌及追踪监测

目的通过对200例老年(>60岁)呼吸道感染患者病原菌的动态监测及药敏试验研究,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集患者晨痰,分离鉴定病原菌,K-B[1]法进行药敏试验,按NCCLS标准判断结果。结果老年呼吸道感染细菌以G-杆菌为主,占81.2%(125珠),G+球菌感染率较低,仅占18.8%(29珠);真菌感染率较高,占总菌珠的48.8%(147珠);病原均动态监测显示细菌变迁较大。结论病原菌动态监测及药敏对临床治疗起关键作用。

Dynamic monitoring and pharmacal sensitivity tests to the pathogenic bacteria in aged patients with respiration infection

Objective To supply some reference for selecting effective antibacterial drugs in the clinic treatment through dynamic monitoring and pharmacal sensitivity tests to the pathogenic bacteria colleted from two hundreds old infectious patients(about sixty years or older). Methods Collecting morning sputum from patients.Separating and identifing the pathogenic bacteria from the sputum.Progress pharmacal sensitivity tests according as K-B method and judge the result by NCCLS. Result G-Bacillus were dominant in aged patients with respiration infection, it was about 81.2%(one hundred and twenty-five isolated).The percent of G+coccus was very little,about 18.8% (twenty-nine isolated).The percent of fungus infection were very high,accupied 48.8% of all the strain.(one hundred and forty-seven isolated).Bacteria's variance was very quick. Conclusion The dynamic monitoring and pharmacal sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria play an important role in the clinic treatment.
