咖啡因对实验小鼠的致衰老作用

摘    要:以21月龄小鼠为自然衰老组,3月龄小鼠随机分为给药组和对照组,观察咖啡因对实验小鼠各组织脂褐质含量和血清过氧化脂质(Lpo)含量以及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和脑组织B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活力的影响。结果显示,咖啡因能显著提高3月龄小鼠脑、心、肝等组织脂褐质含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)以及血清Lpo含量(P<0.01),咖啡因使小鼠血清SOD活力下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),但使脑中MAO-B活力显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),还能使胸腺萎缩,重量减轻(P<0.01)。除胸腺外,上述指标均接近21月龄小鼠水平。结果提示,咖啡因有致衰老作用。

Abstract:We took 21-month old mice as the decrepit group and the 3-month old mice as the drug group and control group.The effects of caffeine on the contents of the tissue lipofuscin and serum lipid peroxidation(LPO) and the activities of the serum SOD and the brain MAO-B in the experimental mice were observed.Caffeine increased the contents of lipofuscin(P<0.01 or P<0.05) in the tissues such as the brain.heart and liver and serum LPO(P<0.01) of mice, but decreased the activity of SOD(P<0.01 or P<0.05).It increased the activity of MAO-B(P<0.01 of P<0.05). atrophied the thymus and decreased the weight of 3-month old mice(P<0.01). Except the index of the thymus, all the others indexes were close to those of 21-month old mice. The study suggests that caffine can olden the mice.
