摘    要:高等医学院校的教师肩负着为祖国培养医学人才的重任,其知识结构完善与否,直接影响教学效果,并最终影响到教学质量。目前我国高等医学院校的教师知识结构不尽合理,探讨其知识结构欠缺的原因,他们一般应具备什么样的知识结构?调整高等医学院校教师知识结构可以采取哪些手段?这是每个医学院校教育工作者不能回避的问题。

Abstract:Teachers at medical colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of producing medical talents for the nation; therefore, whether their knowledge structure is proper or not will directly affect the teaching results and ultimately affect the qual- ity of teaching. At present knowledge structure of teachers at medical colleges and universities is not sound. Each educator at medical colleges and universities should explore the causes of lack of knowledge structure, what knowledge structure teachers should possess, and the means of modifying the structure.
