| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究肾错构瘤的影像学特点及组织学表现。方法 :回顾分析了我院 1980年 7月～ 2 0 0 0年 5月收治的经手术病理证实的 10例肾错构瘤。结果 :术前B超确切诊断率为 70 % ,CT确切诊断率为 90 % ,静脉肾盂造影确切诊断率为 0。结论 :B超、CT检查对该病具有特异性影像学诊断价值

| Abstract: | Objectie To discuss the characteristic of image and manifestation of histology of renal hamartoma.Methods 10 patients hospitalized in our hospital from July 1980 to May 2000 were received surgical procedure,the postoperitive pathologic diagnosis were renal hamartoma,the clinical data of these cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results the rates of correct diagnosis with B ultrasound,CT and intravenous pyelography were 70%,90% and 0 respectively.Conclusions There was a specific diagnostic value with B ultrasound and CT for renal hamartoma. |
