痛风性关节炎外科治疗进展

痛风最常见的发病部位为关节,目前治疗痛风性关节炎最为直接有效地方法为外科手术。常规外科手术能够有效地清除痛风结晶,但是创伤大。关节镜在治疗急慢性痛风及并发骨性关节炎期均有较好疗效,且可以在关节镜下使用钬激光、钻孔、微骨折、软骨移植和打磨成形术来切除病变组织和修补软骨。关节置换术是目前治疗晚期痛风性关节炎最为有效的治疗手段。

Advancement in Surgical Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

The most morbility sites of gout was joint,the direct and effective treatment of gouty arthritis was surgery.Conventional surgery can effectively remove gout crystals,but with big trauma.Arthroscopy in the treatment of acute-chronic gout and the complicated osteoarthritis had good effects,can use holmium laser,drilling,microfracture,cartilage transplantation and polished angioplasty under arthroscope to remove diseased tissue and repair cartilage.The joint replacement was the most effective treatment to the late stage gouty arthritis.
