心理护理干预对大肠癌患者围术期焦虑抑郁状态的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对大肠癌患者围术期抑郁焦虑状态的影响。方法将110例大肠癌患者随机分为两组,实验组与对照组各55例。对照组采用常规心理护理,实验组在对照组的基础上进行有针对性的术前和术后心理护理干预。两组患者均于入院48h内和出院48h内使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行测评。结果大肠癌患者心理护理干预前,HAMA及HAMD测评得分无显著性差异(P>0.05),心理干预后得分显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。心理干预的主效应有统计学意义(P<0.05),即实验组与对照组差异有显著性。结论及时有效的心理护理干预能显著缓解大肠癌患者围手术期的抑郁、焦虑状态。

Influence of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety and depression in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 110 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group(55 cases) and the control group(55 cases).The control group received the routine psychological nursing,while the experimental group received the individual preoperative and postoperative psychological nursing intervention based on the treatment in the control group.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) were taken in both groups 48 hours within hospitalized and discharge were assessed.Results The difference of HAMA and HAMD between two groups before the psychological nursing had no statistical significance(P >0.05).The HAMA and HAMD was lower after the psychological nursing intervention than before(P <0.05).The main factors of psychological nursing intervention had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions Timely and effective psychological nursing intervention can significantly relieve perioperative anxiety and depression in patients with colorectal cancer.
