MSCT多期扫描对肝脏炎性假瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨MSCT多期扫描对肝脏炎性假瘤的诊断价值。方法 8例经16层螺旋CT诊断并经手术及穿刺活检病理证实的肝脏炎性假瘤,回顾性分析CT多期增强扫描表现。结果平扫病灶呈低密度,边缘模糊。增强后边缘显示清晰,动脉期均未见明显强化,门脉期3例无明显强化,5例周边呈轻度强化,其中有3例病灶内呈中心小结节样强化或钟乳样强化,延迟期病灶周边仍轻度强化,且范围缩小。结论多层螺旋CT多期扫描可反映病灶的血供特点和病理特征,对肝脏炎性假瘤具有重要的诊断和鉴别价值。

The diagnostic value of multi-phase MSCT scan technique in inflammatory pseudotumor of liver

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Multiphase MSCT Scan Technique in inflammatory pseudotumor of liver.Methods 8 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the liverwere retrospectively analysed.All cases were proved by operation or needle aspiration biopsy,and all were given Multi-phase MSCT Scan Technique examination.Results All the lesions were low density in plain scan,and the margin was fuzzy while they were clear in enhanced scan.All were not enhanced while in arterial phase.In portal phase,3 cases were not enhanced,5 cases were peripherally slight-moderately enhanced,of which 3 were enhanced as nodular or spinous pattern.In delay phase,5 cases were still peripherally slight-moderately enhanced,the lesions were decreased.Conclusion It is important diagnostic value that Multi-phase MSCT Scan Technique can reflect its blood supply pattern and the pathological characteristics.
