| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的观察和护理。方法对54例14岁以下慢性鼻窦炎患儿行功能性鼻内窥镜手术后术前、术后一般护理、术腔护理及并发症护理等环节进行回顾性分析。结果 54例儿童慢性鼻窦炎有效51例,有效率94.4%,无颅内及眼部并发症出现。随访1年以上,采用系统护理方法,能促进鼻腔鼻窦黏膜生理功能恢复,减少和预防并发症发生,与手术本身同样重要。结论重视和加强术后一般护理及术腔护理,定期随访,可明显提高儿童慢性鼻窦炎治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the observation and nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of children with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods Fifty-four children under 14 years old with chronic rhinosinusitis were included in the study and they received functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Preoperative nursing,postoperative nursing,surgical cavity nursing and nursing of complications were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results In all 54 cases,51 cases were effectively cured with a cure rate of 94.4%,and there were no ocular or intracranial complications.The results of over one-year follow-up showed that systematic nursing promoted the restoration of physiological functions of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus mucosa,and it also reduced and prevented the complications,which was as important as the surgery itself.Conclusion Emphasis and reinforcement of postoperative nursing and surgical cavity nursing as well as regular follow-up can improve the cure rate of chronic rhinosinusitis in children. |
