康惠尔透明贴在预防阿霉素化疗方案患者中静脉炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨康惠尔透明贴在预防含阿霉素化疗方案患者中静脉炎的疗效。方法将66例使用含阿霉素化疗的患者随机分为两组,采用自身前后对照方式。AB组第一周期使用康惠尔透明贴,第二周期单纯化疗;BA组第一周期单纯化疗,第二周期使用康惠尔透明贴,比较使用与不用康惠尔透明贴时静脉炎发生率和静脉疼痛情况。结果使用康惠尔透明贴时患者静脉炎发生率(13.6%)明显低于不用时(39.3%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);使用康惠尔透明贴时静脉疼痛时间明显短于不用时,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论对含阿霉素化疗的患者,同步使用康惠尔透明贴,能有效保护患者化疗静脉血管,减轻疼痛,预防化疗性静脉炎的发生,延长血管的使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Com-feel transparent dressing on chemotherapy-induced phlebitis.Methods 66 tumor patients were randomly divided into two groups.For the first group of patients(AB group),patient used Com-feel Tranparent Dressing first,and then underwent chemotherapy.On the contrary,the patients in the second group(BA group) underwent chemotherapy first and then had Com-feel transparent dressing.We compared the incidence of phlebitis and the intensity of pain with self-control t test.Results Our study showed that the patients had much lower incidence of phlebitis(13.6%) and much shorter duration of pain when using Enhanced Com-feel Tranparent Dressing,compared to the contrary group(The incidence is about 39.3%).The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion For patients undergoing ADM chemotherapy,the enhanced Com-feel transparent dressing might protect vein,alleviate pain and prevent of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy.
