嗜水气单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌混合型食物中毒分析

摘    要:目的分析该起食物中毒暴发的原因、临床特点,提高诊治能力。方法通过流行病学、临床诊断、实验室结果相结合的方法分析这起食物中毒。结果这起食物中毒为进食由嗜水气单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌污染食物引起的混合型食物中毒;发病潜伏期4~16h;临床主要症状为腹痛、水样便、呕吐、发热(37.5~40.5℃),分别占总病例数的92.1%、84.2%、31.6%、57.9%;喹诺酮类、头孢类抗生素有良好抗菌疗效。结果嗜水气单胞菌溶血素滴度(2h)1︰640;毒力试验对小白鼠16h全致死;该菌对氨基糖苷类药、氧哌嗪青霉素、环丙氟哌酸、复方新诺明及大多数头孢菌素类药敏感。结论必须加强食品安全监督管理,以保障人民群众的饮食安全和身体健康。

Abstract:Objective Analyse the pathogens and clinical characteristics of the food poisoning take place in Wuzhou City,Guangxi, China in 2003.Methods To apply combined the epidemiology investigation,clinical diagnosis and microbiology examination in laboratory.Results The laboratory examination indicated,both Aeromonas Hydrophila and Staphylococcus Aureus caused this mixed food poisoning by means of have the polluted food,the main clinical symptoms are abdomen pain(92.1%),water-like diarrhea(84.2%), vomi(t31.6%),feve(r57.9%,37.5-40.5℃),the kinds of ciprofloxacin,cefalexin etc are effective,the latent period is 4-16 hours,the toxicity test indicated the bacteria cultured fluid injection is fatal in the mice within 16 hours,The bacteria are sensitivity to the antibiotics of aminoglycoside,piperacillin,ciprofloxacin,SMZ,cefalexin etc.Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the supervision on food hygiene and safety to protect food security and public health.
