| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨神经传导速度 (NCV)对糖尿病周围神经病 (DPN)的诊断价值。方法 :对 5 0例糖尿病患者分为有症状组和无症状组 ,进行周围神经NCV的测定 ,与健康人对照 ,同时行相关因素分析。结果 :糖尿病患者运动神经传导速度 (MCV)、感觉神经传导速度 (SCV)与健康人比较存在明显差异 ,且有症状组更显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ;患者的NCV与空腹血糖无明显相关 ,而与病程长短呈正相关。结论 :周围神经NCV的检测有助于DPN的早期诊断

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of nerve conduction velocity (NCV) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:NCV was detected in 50 patients with type II diabetic mellitus. The patients were divided into clinical symptom positive group and symptom-negative group. Related factors were analyzed. Results:A significant difference was observed between the two groups( P <0.05) in terms of motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV). The comparison indicated a higher rate of abnormal SCV in the clinical symptom-positive group. The changes of NCV were correlated with the course development of the patients, but not with blood sugar level. Conclusions:The examination of NCV might be of great help to the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in early stage. |
