颈动脉粥样硬化与冠心病相关性研究

本文应用彩色多普勒超声技术检测了９０例冠心病（ＣＨＤ）患者的颈动脉，其中２０例行冠状动脉造影检查。结果表明，各组冠心病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度、斑块指数均显著增高，其中心脏梗死病组伴有明显的颈内动脉血流参数异常。２０例患者冠状动脉造影与颈动脉超声检查符合率为７５％，而且冠状动脉病变越重，颈动脉粥样硬化发生率越高，双支以上冠状动脉病变者全部有颈动脉粥样硬化，斑块指数均大于４。颈动脉管腔狭窄大于５０％者占二分之一，单支冠状动脉病变者颈动脉管腔狭窄无一例大于５０％。结果提示：颈动脉粥样硬化程度可间接反映冠状动脉病变的程度

Correlation of Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis Assessed by Ultrasound to Coronary Heart Disease

Color Doppler Flow Imaging was employed to evaluate carotid artery atherosclerosis in 90 patients with coronary artery disease(CHD),Carotid artery ultr asography and coronary ang iography were performed simultaneously in 20 cases.The results showed that the intimamedia thinkness and plague index of carotid artery were signififcantly increase in all patients with CHD.The accord ratio of carotid artery ather osclerosis by ultrasound and CHD by coronary angiography was 75%.The more serious the coronary artery disease,the higher incidence rate of carotid artery atherosclerosis was. Carotid artery atherosclerosis plague index>4 was found in all patients with twoor three-vesselsco ronary artery disease,and Iumen stenosis of the carotid artery was more than 50%in half the patients,but the Iumenstenosis were<50%in all patients with o nevessel coronary artery disease.In conclusion,The extent of carotid artery atherosclerosis may reflect indirectly the extent of coronary artery disease
