香菇多糖增强肺结核合并非小细胞肺癌疗效研究

目的:研究香菇多糖对肺结核合并小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)抗结核及放化疗的影响。方法:将70例肺结核合并NSCLC患者根据治疗方法分成香菇多糖联合抗结核和放化疗治疗组(香菇多糖组)及抗结核和放化疗治疗组(对照组),比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后血常规、淋巴细胞亚群和生存质量的差异。结果:香菇多糖组抗结核和实体瘤疗效高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组。两组患者治疗前红细胞计数(WBC)、淋巴细胞计数(Lym)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(P1t)、CD3⁺、CD4+、CD4⁺、CD8+、CD8⁺和NK细胞无明显差异(均P>0.05);治疗后,香菇多糖组的WBC、Hb和Plt与对照组无明显差异(均P>0.05),Lym、CD3+和NK细胞无明显差异(均P>0.05);治疗后,香菇多糖组的WBC、Hb和Plt与对照组无明显差异(均P>0.05),Lym、CD3⁺、CD4+、CD4⁺、CD8+、CD8⁺和NK细胞显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况和附加关注评分无明显差异(均P>0.05),香菇多糖组患者治疗后生理状况、情感状况和附加关注评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),社会/家庭状况和功能状况评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖可显著提高患者免疫功能,增加抗结核及放化疗对肺结核合并NSCLC的疗效并改善患者生存质量。

Promotion Effect of Lentinan on the Treatment of Tuberculosis Complicated with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To study lentinan's effect on the therapy of tuberculosis complicated with nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods;Seventy cases with tuberculosis complicated with NSCLC were divided into lentinan group and control group according their treatment.The curative effect,blood routine test,lymphocyte subsets and quality of life scores were compared. Results;The curative effect of lentinan group was better,and complications were fewer than that of control group.The results of post-therapy lymphocyte subsets and quality of life in lentinan group were better than those in control group.Conclusion:Lentinan could significantly promote the immune functions, and enhance the curative effect on tuberculosis complicated with non-small cell lung cancer.
